Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Beijing

Your flight lands at Beijing – the capital of China. You are transferred to the hotel for well-deserved rest and relaxation.
Day 2

Beijing

Morning program begins with Tian An Men Square, the largest city square in the world. Then proceed to the Forbidden City, the residence of emperors for more than 500 years, housing numerous precious art objects. After lunch, take an old-fashioned Pedi cab to the historical sites behind main streets by Hutong Tour. You may also visit the local family, local market and drum tower. (B,L)
Day 3

Beijing

This morning start tours to the Badaling Great Wall, a symbol of the Chinese ancient civilization. The longest man-made object in the world, this 2,000-year landmark is an astonishing feat of engineering. En route visit a Jade carving factory followed by lunch at its Friendship Restaurant.  Afternoon excursion to the Summer Palace to see the beautiful Kunming Lake. Tonight, enjoy the famous Peking Duck dinner. (B,L,D)
Day 4

Beijing—Xian

In the morning, visit the Temple of Heaven, the largest temple complexes in China and a paradigm of Chinese architectural balance and symbolism. Afterwards, visit the Lama Temple, the most renowned Tibet Buddhist Temple outside Tibet. Then take a Beijing noodle lunch before transfer to airport for flight to Xian. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel for rest. (B,L)
Day 5

Xian

Today’s highlight is a visit to the Archaeological Museum with Cotta Warriors and Horses excavated from the tomb of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty. Then visit the Ceramics & Pottery Center. Lunch at local restaurant including Noodle-making demonstration. Afternoon visit the ancient Shaanxi Provincial Historical Museum. Tonight, enjoy a Dumpling Dinner & Tang Dynasty Show. (B,L,SD)
Day 6

Xian—Chongqing

Morning visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, one of the best-preserved Buddhist temples in China. Followed by the City Wall, the most complete one that has survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. After lunch, transfer to airport for flight to Chongqing. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel for rest. (B,L)
Day 7

Chongqing

Morning visit the Panda Zoo. It serves as both a reserve and the base of the breeding program for giant pandas, lesser pandas, South China tigers, and other endangered species. Afternoon visit the Stilwell Museum and local market. After a Sichuan Hot Pot Dinner, your Yangtze River adventure starts as you board your ship for a fascinating adventure down the mighty Yangtze. Day 8

Yangtze River Cruise (Fengdu)

Today’s shore excursion leads you to the Ghost City of Fengdu, the temples here reveal ancient Chinese religion and legends with heir imaged constructions and the host statures for people’s lucky praying. (B,L,D)
Day 9

Yangtze River Cruise (Shennong Stream)

Sailing into the first Qutang Gorge & the second Wu Gorge. After reaches to Shennong Stream, take a small boat and sail deep into the Lasser Three Gorges of 3 hours exploration. Sail to the third Xiling Gorge after return back to the cruise. (B,L,D)
Dau 10

Day 10 : Yangtze River Cuise—Yichang—Shanghai

Continue sailing in Xiling Gorge, then take a shore excursion to the New Dam site in the morning. Afternoon, Disembark the ship and fly to Shanghai, China’s most populous city and a rising economic center in Asia. Rest of day at leisure. {B,L)
Day 11

Shanghai

Today visit the Old Town, the area inside the ancient walled city of Shanghai, one of the most picturesque areas of the city with many buildings in traditional Chinese style. Continue to the classical Yu Garden which was built 400 years ago, is an ancient private garden of Ming & Qing Dynasties. Afternoon, visit the Bund, a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. En route, take a visit to the Shanghai Museum. Tonight, enjoy the famous Acrobatic Show. Day 12

Shanghai—Suzhou—Shanghai

Today take the high speed train to Suzhou. The city’s canals, stone bridges, pagodas and meticulously designed gardens have contributed to its status as one of the top tourist attractions in China. Tour to the Garden of Net Master,  the smallest but the most impressive classic garden in Suzhou. Cruise on the Grand Canal, shop at the Silk spinning factory and the Old Town. {B,L)
Day 13

Shanghai

Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore this magnificent city on your own. Stroll through the Old Shanghai bazaar, shop at Nanjing Road's emporiums, or enjoy a nostalgic evening performance by the renowned senior citizen's Jazz band at the Peace Hotel. (B)
Day 14

Depart Shanghai

Transfer to airport and take your homebound flight to home. (B)
