Day 1

Arrive Beijing

Your flight lands at Beijing – the capital of China. You are transferred to the hotel for well-deserved rest and relaxation.
Day 2


After breakfast, full day excursion to Tiananmen Square, the largest square in the world; then Forbidden City which is the imperial palace of Ming & Qing Dynasty; last stop at the Temple of Heaven, here ancient emperors prayed for good harvest. Afternoon enjoy a Peking Roasted Duck lunch and you can choose the Peking Opera Show or Chinese Kungju Show as optional in the evening. (B,L)
Day 3


This morning tour stars from the Summer Palace, the largest Royal Garden in China. En route, visit the Great Wall, a symbol of the Chinese ancient civilization. The longest man-made object in the world. On the way back to the downtown, you’ll have an external visit at Olympic Village. (B,L)
Day 4


In the morning, explore the typical Chinese quadrangles and old buildings in Hutongs by taking rickshaws. Stroll in the narrow Hutongs to experience the real life of local people. Lunch in a typical Beijing resident’s house. And then transfer to the airport for flight to Urumqi. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel for rest. (B,L)
Day 5


Today, visit the Lake of Heaven include the pleasure boat, which is at an elevation of 6435 feet above sea level. It is a beautiful highland lake, flanked by rugged pines and cypresses, and with clear waters that reflect the surrounding mountains. Back to the City in the afternoon, and visit the Minority Peoples’ Museum. Lastly, shop at Bazaar; it is an ideal place to buy some souvenirs for your beloved ones. (B,L)
Day 6


Today drive to Turpan to visit the Jiaohe Ruin firstly. Located in the Yarnaz Valley, 13 kilometers away from the Turpan city in the west, Jiaohe Ruin was built by the old Cheshi people in Qin dynasty and Han dynasty. Then, visit the famous Karez Well, the grand underground irrigation system created by ancient local people. Afterwards, visit Sugong Pagoda, the existing largest ancient pagoda in Xinjiang China. Day 7


Full day trip to the Gaochang Ruins, the ancient walled capital of the Uighurs which flourished the 7th and 14th centuries. Followed by the Bzizikeli Thousand Buddha Cave, the Astana Tombs and the Flaming Hill which is combination of red sand and rocks that makes the mountain looks like a red dragon sleeping on the area basin. Day 8


After breakfast, drive to train station for high speed train to Liuyuan. Upon arrival, meet and drive to Dunhuang and visit the Mogao Caves, a shrine of Buddhist art treasures, also known as the Thousand Buddha Caves. (B,L)
Day 9


Morning visit the Mingsha Shan and the Crescent Lake; the lake and the Sounding Sand Dune which can make sounds when the wind passes are located in the place where the sand and the oasis meet. Then transfer to airport for flight to Xian. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel for rest. (B,L)
Day 10


Xian, also known as Chang'an in the old days, was the starting point of the historic Silk Road. You will visit the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum (Bing Ma Yong). It's known as the 8th miracle in the world. The whole mausoleum is like a cultural treasure vault with large collections of relics. After the Terra Cotta Army replication factories, visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Courtyard of Family Gao with Shadow Puppet Show. Optional Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in the evening. (B,L)
Day 11


Before take your flight to Shanghai, visit the Shaanxi Historical Museum followed by the Ancient City Wall which was constructed in the Ming Dynasty. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel for rest. (B,L)
Day 12


Today visit the Bund and classical Yu Garden which was built 400 years ago, is an ancient private garden of Ming & Qing Dynasties. Continuous to the Jade Buddha Temple and Nanjing Road, enjoy the reputation of “China’s No.1 Street”. Optional Acrobatic Show in the evening. (B,L)
Day 13

Depart Shanghai

After breakfast, free at leisure until transfer to airport to take your homebound flight to home. (B)
